Our first challenge will be to do something to help the soldiers serving abroad. Operation Write Home is "a band of merry cardmakers" to use the sites' words whose mission is as follows:
Supporting our nation's armed forces by sending blank handmade greeting cards to write home on, as well as cards of gratitude to encourage them.
For this challenge we are asking you to make cards to send to the shippers. For this challenge you need to make 1 Mother's Day Card and 1 General sentiment card. Some important Links:

2. Vote for your favorite cards--the top 3 winners will receive braggin' rights in the form of public announcement and a blog badge to post on your blog.
3. One lucky winner will be drawn AT RANDOM.ORG and receive a generously donated Card Making set from Paperwishes by Hot Off the Press!
